Season 2017/2018
Highlights of the season 2017/18 include a re-invitation to the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra in Denmark. After a highly successful performance of Brahms' 3rd Symphony in November 2016, Efland returns to conduct Johan Svendsen 2nd Symphony, Schumann Piano Concerto and Weber Freischutz Overture.
In January 2018, Claus Efland is back at the Konzerthaus Berlin to direct 11 sell-out New Year's Concerts with Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg. Furthermore, the season offers performances of Ein Heldenleben by Richard Strauss and Beethoven's 3rd Symphony with the Bardi Symphony Orchestra in the De Montfort Hall in Leicester.
